Upstage announced on the 19th that the educational content company 15 Minutes to Change the World (hereinafter referred to as 'Sebasi') developed 'Sebasi AI Counselor' using its AI chatbot 'AskUp' technology. AskUp, which Upstage operates through KakaoTalk, is leading the popularization of AI by exceeding 1.4 million users in Korea.

This is the first time Upstage AskUp has been installed for corporate use. In particular, Sebasi AI counselor learned internal lecture content data and improved user-customized experience by reducing the hallucination phenomenon that creates false information compared to general-purpose models. Upstage's fine tuning and prompt engineering know-how was added to further enhance usability.
