"The demand for AI-powered recommendation and search, known as 'Seargest (Search+Suggest) technology, is increasing rapidly, but only around 2% of companies have actually succeeded in implementing it into their operations,” said Sung Kim, CEO of Upstage. “In light of that, the first Upstage Talk of this year aims to provide insight to corporate customers who want to introduce AI but are facing difficulties."
Meanwhile, Upstage is helping its customers innovate digitally through its no-code/low-code solution, "Upstage AI Pack," which allows for easy implementation of the latest AI technology across various industries. Upstage has constantly demonstrated its technological prowess by publishing a number of papers at top-tier AI conferences and journals, including NeurlPS, ICLR, CVPR, ECCV, and WWW, while sweeping almost a dozen gold medals from Kaggle competitions.
With the AI Pack, Upstage assists customers in customizing three AI technologies simultaneously: OCR technology, recommendation technology that takes into account customer information and product/service characteristics, and natural language processing (NLP) that enables meaning-based search. The Upstage AI Pack not only simplifies data processing, AI modeling, and indicator management, but also supports continuous updates and makes it easy to stay up-to-date with the latest AI technology.
